Dialog Semiconductor wins Outstanding European Semiconductor Company Award for second year running

Kirchheim/Teck, 20th December 2010 - Dialog Semiconductor plc (FWB: DLG), a leading provider of highly integrated innovative power management semiconductor solutions, has won the 2010 Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) Outstanding EMEA Semiconductor Company Award.

The award for the leading European company was created in 2009 and also won by Dialog Semiconductor.

Now in its 15th year, the GSA awards recognise semiconductor companies that demonstrate strength in market leadership/competition; product lines; innovation; corporate management and overall likelihood of long-term success.

The GSA’s president, Jodi Shelton, commented, "Dialog has shown phenomenal growth even during the recession, and its European development teams continue to be at the forefront of innovation. I had the honour to present the inaugural award to Dialog last year; I’m once again delighted to present the award to Dialog for its continued success in 2010."
